# Organization Settings: Branding, Preferences, and API Keys

> The central configuration hub for a DualEntry organization: branding, accounting preferences, email templates, API keys, and the settings audit log.

Organization Settings is the central configuration hub for your DualEntry account. Changes made here apply across the entire organization and affect all users. Only users with the **Administrator** role can edit these settings.

To access Organization Settings, navigate to **Settings**, accessible from your organization's name in the top left corner of the screen.

## Settings areas

Organization Settings is divided into eight tabs. These six have their own documentation pages:

* **[Profile](./profile)**: the logo and brand color applied to customer-facing invoices, receipts, statements, and purchase orders
* **[General preferences](./general-preferences)**: core accounting behaviors, including posting and transaction dates, future-dated transactions, account number length, record locks, and order-level discounts
* **[Money-In](./money-in-emails)**: the email templates sent to customers for invoices, payment receipts, and account statements
* **[Purchase Orders](./purchase-order-emails)**: the email template sent to vendors when a purchase order is issued
* **[Developer access](./developer-access)**: API keys for programmatic access, including the key table, creating a key, and revoking one
* **[Activity](./activity)**: a read-only audit log of every change made to Organization Settings, with user, timestamp, and before/after values
