# AI Copilot reports, QuickBooks reconciler (Jul 13, 2026)

## Features

* **AI Copilot report data** - Migrated AI Copilot's report analysis to use the same report engine as the frontend, ensuring consistent figures and improved accuracy when answering questions about financial reports.
* **QuickBooks statement reconciliation** - Statement reconciler can now pull P\&L, Balance Sheet, and AR/AP aging reports directly from QuickBooks Online API instead of requiring manual uploads.
* **Contract bulk import** - Added support for importing contracts through Bulk Import V2, streamlining contract data migration workflows.
* **Fixed asset export enhancements** - Added Amortized Amount and Remaining Balance columns to fixed asset exports with more readable column labels.
* **Revenue recognition milestone foundation** - Added milestone definitions data model and event-driven semantics as the foundation for milestone-based revenue recognition.
* **Statistical accounts model** - Added draft state handling and attachment support for statistical journal entries.

* **HST tax posting** - Fixed HST posting to wrong liability accounts by using tax rate region instead of company region for account routing.
* **AR aging reconciliation** - Resolved discrepancy where AR Aging reports did not tie to General Ledger due to inconsistent journal entry postings to AR control accounts.
* **Compound GST rounding** - Fixed currency balance mismatches for Canadian compound GST+PST rates by implementing per-component rounding instead of combined-rate rounding.
* **Bill.com vendor credits** - Resolved issue where vendor credits were not syncing from Bill.com to DualEntry AP reports.
* **Xero connection errors** - Fixed HTTP 500 errors that occurred when pressing Save and Test after Xero migration.
* **Vendor bulk import addresses** - Fixed issue where structured vendor addresses were being dropped during bulk import V2 processing.
* **Approval workflow logic** - Corrected re-approval triggers so classification changes don't incorrectly trigger re-approval and amount reductions properly trigger re-approval when required.
* **Ramp JSON parsing** - Added automatic page size reduction when Ramp returns truncated JSON responses during transaction sync.
* **Multiple N+1 query fixes** - Resolved several database query performance issues across organization reindexing, integration sync, and bank matching processes.
