# Xero OAuth and revenue batch approvals (Jul 15, 2026)

> July 15, 2026 release: Xero OAuth migration, revenue recognition batch approvals, scheduled agent cadences, statistical journal duplication, and bulk edits.

## Features

* **Xero OAuth migration** - Streamlined Xero connection process with DualEntry-managed authentication. Customers can now authorize Xero and select their organization without manually entering Client ID and Secret credentials.
* **Revenue recognition batches in approvals** - Revenue recognition batches now appear in the approval workflow inbox, allowing teams to review and approve revenue batches through the standard approval process.
* **Enhanced scheduled agent cadences** - Added support for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and end-of-month schedules with timezone support. Scheduled agents can now run at specific times in your local timezone rather than UTC.
* **Statistical journal duplication** - Added duplicate action to statistical journal entries. Create new entries by duplicating existing ones with pre-filled data while preserving the ability to modify before saving.
* **Amortization draft management** - Draft tab now available in the amortizations list, allowing you to view and manage amortization entries before they are finalized.
* **Report loading improvements** - Enhanced loading indicators for reports that remain visible while slow reports are still generating, providing better visibility into report status.
* **Integration tab customization** - Added ability to reorder, show, hide, and drag-and-drop integration tabs for a customized workspace experience.
* **Bulk classification editing** - Classification editor now appears inline in the bulk edit modal for journal entries, making it easier to update classifications across multiple records without additional navigation.

## Fixes

* **Import template performance** - Resolved slow template generation for direct expense imports in organizations with large datasets. Template downloads now complete in seconds instead of minutes.
* **Account import reliability** - Fixed Data Sync failures when importing from Xero or QuickBooks organizations with no items. Default accounts are now properly created during the account import phase.
* **Report export errors** - Fixed export failures for single-view reports like ARR by Contract and 1099 Taxable Report by Vendor that were incorrectly rejecting summary view requests.
* **Classification mapping stability** - Eliminated error notifications when QuickBooks and Ramp integrations encounter stale classification mappings. These cases are now handled gracefully with actionable error messages in the data sync interface.
* **Reporting performance** - Improved aging report performance for large organizations by optimizing payment aggregation queries. Dashboard widgets now load significantly faster.
* **Chart of Accounts export** - Fixed export functionality by removing pagination parameters that were incorrectly included in export filters.
