# EBITDA reporting and non-deductible VAT (Sep 10, 2026)

## Features

* **EBITDA reporting**: Assign an EBITDA category to any account from the chart of accounts list or account drawer, then view a dedicated EBITDA Income Statement report with reconciliation and P\&L toggles. Accounting Intelligence can suggest EBITDA categories for untagged accounts for you to review and apply.
* **Non-deductible VAT**: VAT rate setup now supports non-deductible VAT, including a deductible percentage and GL account mapping. Empty tax asset and tax liability fields inherit the company's nexus accounts, and a cost account is required when non-deductible is turned on.
* **Customer credits: PDF and email**: Download a customer credit as a PDF or email it to the customer, matching the existing invoice and receipt workflow.
* **Custom invoice templates: Pay Online**: The Stripe Pay Online call-to-action on custom invoice templates is now clickable.
* **AI Insights benchmark jobs**: Rerun a failed benchmark question without restarting the whole job, and cancel a running job without losing the results already collected.
* **MCP connectors**: Enable an installed MCP connector directly from the connector list.

## Fixes

* **Approval workflow editor**: The sidebar, search, and header are usable again while editing an approval workflow.
* **Close checklists**: The Not Started status filter no longer shows overdue records, and the Completed filter no longer includes Not Started records.
* **Bank Match**: The auto-tab date-range filter popover opens again, and pagination no longer fails on a page with no records.
* **Customer and vendor exports**: Overview exports no longer default to including archived customers and vendors.
* **Records settings**: The "Allow Modifications for Paid/Reconciled Records" toggle now reflects its saved state immediately, without a page reload.
* **Chart of accounts, terms, and payment methods**: The search field no longer loses focus after you run a search.
* **Company records**: The company page drawer opens correctly.
* **Payment methods**: Reopening a payment method now shows your saved changes without a manual refresh.
* **Invoice PDFs**: Restored the smaller company-initials logo size.
* **Item receipts**: Editing the quantity on an item receipt now reflects only the final quantity, instead of appending a reversal and rebook to the general ledger.
* **Item receipts and fulfillments**: Both now support custom fields.
* **Purchase order lines**: The line description now defaults from the item master.
* **Report Center**: Searching the Custom tab for a report that does not exist now shows a clear "no results" message instead of a filters message.
* **Detail reports**: The Amount column subtotal now includes the same foreign-currency conversion applied to its row cells.
* **Report customization**: Add row and Add column now open the customize drawer in front of the report builder instead of behind it.
* **Flux analysis**: Fixed the metadata drawer's resize handle and border alignment.
* **Bill entry**: Creating a new vendor during OCR processing works again.
* **Budgets**: Changing the actuals fiscal year now refreshes the budget's actuals figures without a page reload.
* **Custom report builder**: A formula placed inside a group now stays with that group's account rows instead of printing above them.
* **Fixed assets**: The status filter on the Overview and Archive lists now filters correctly.
* **GL impact**: Standard GL impact views now show the classification column when classifications are present.
* **Product tax codes**: Create, update, and delete actions now show the specific validation error instead of a generic failure message.
* **Dashboards**: The tabs manage menu now lists Trash before the visibility toggle for custom tabs.
* **Chart of accounts**: Fixed the edit drawer remounting and losing state when switching from view to edit.
