# Change orders and saved reports (Sep 23, 2026)

## Features

* **Change order API fields now required**: The public API for change orders now requires `quantity`, `rate`, and `standalone_selling_price`. Requests that previously omitted these fields now fail validation.
* **Send invoices via the API**: A new public API endpoint lets you send an invoice directly, without switching to the DualEntry app.
* **Saved reports in Data Analytics**: You can now save report configurations for later use, with private or organization-wide visibility, and organize them into owned, shared, and archived views.
* **Journal entries always assigned to books**: Journal entries created through the API, bulk import, or legacy import are now automatically assigned to all active books, so multi-book organizations no longer need a manual assignment step.
* **Revoke bank connection consent on delete**: Deleting a Yapily bank connection now revokes the underlying consent with the bank, instead of only removing the connection from DualEntry.
* **Interactive Accounting Intelligence run history**: The runs list in the Accounting Intelligence drawer is now interactive, so you can open and continue past run chats directly from the list.
* **US Sales Tax Detail report**: A new detail report shows sales tax line projections scoped to your tax control accounts.

## Fixes

* **Balance Sheet Detail totals**: Parent accounts with both their own postings and child accounts now include their own balance in the account's Total on Balance Sheet Detail, on-screen and in xlsx/PDF exports. Totals for accounts like this were previously understated by the parent account's own balance.
* **Bulk reclassify now respects approval policy tiers**: Bulk reclassification of posted records now enforces the same approval-policy lock as individual edits, and a blocked bulk reclassification records a failed audit entry.
* **Archived organizations hidden from login**: Users with memberships in an archived organization no longer see that organization as a login option, and no longer get routed into it by mistake.
* **Payroll benefits categorization**: Finch-sourced benefits deductions and contributions (health, medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, and insurance) now roll up into shared payroll catalog categories instead of appearing as separate line items.
* **Contract period lock boundary**: Fixed a boundary case where contract receiving was blocked by a locked-period error even though the transaction date fell outside the locked period.
