# Sales quotes and automated COGS posting (Sep 25, 2026)

## Features

* **Quotes**: You can now create and manage sales quotes, including quote dates, line items, totals, contract terms, recipients, and signing order.
* **Automated COGS posting on invoices and cash sales**: Invoices and cash sales that aren't linked to a sales order now relieve stock and post cost of goods sold automatically. DualEntry validates available stock and requires a location for tracked items, and reverts and reposts the stock movement if you edit the quantity on an invoice.
* **Invoice templates**: You can now save invoice templates for reuse instead of recreating layouts each time.
* **Saved views for customer prepayment applications**: You can now save custom table views for customer prepayment applications, the same way you already can for vendor prepayment applications.
* **Scheduled delivery of saved reports**: You can now schedule a saved report to be delivered automatically instead of running it manually each time.

## Fixes

* **Dashboard tile trend colors**: Trend colors on dashboard tiles now display correctly.
* **AR Outstanding trend color**: The AR Outstanding metric on the copilot scorecard now colors a decrease green and an increase red, matching how the other metrics behave.
* **Accounting Intelligence record search**: The Accounting Intelligence search tool now accepts a code, so you can find records by code instead of only by name.
* **Stale MCP credentials**: DualEntry now flags MCP credentials that have gone stale and prompts you to reconnect, instead of silently failing.
* **Finch consolidated payroll tax mapping**: When "Consolidate payroll taxes" is on, both the debit and credit side of a mapped tax now post correctly, and employer and employee taxes stay separate even when they share the same accounts.
* **General ledger detail report timeouts**: Large general ledger detail reports no longer time out or run slowly.
