- EBITDA account suggestions: The Chart of Accounts banner now pulls EBITDA category suggestions from live account data instead of a fixed sample list, so the accounts you’re offered actually exist in your organization. The review drawer shows a confidence score for each suggestion instead of a current value, since suggestions only appear for accounts that don’t already have an EBITDA category set.
- Custom list view management: Money In and Money Out lists gain a Manage tabs menu for reordering, hiding or showing, setting a default, and deleting custom views. Inline rename for custom views (double-click or Options > Rename) is restored, and saving a view as new now opens rename automatically.
- Public API tax calculator: The tax calculator that powers the invoice tax field in the DualEntry UI is now available on the public API, so you can calculate tax, apply it to invoice line items, and create or post the invoice from your own integration.
- Customer Deposit picker filters: The Customer Deposit form’s depositable items picker now supports filtering by date, currency, amount, ID, memo, customer, and vendor, making it easier to find the right item on organizations with a large volume of open items.
- Journal entry reversal exclusions: You can now set or clear aging exclusions on a reversal line independently of the original journal entry line, instead of both lines always sharing the same exclusion status.
- Ramp manual payment mapping: Ramp bill payments marked as paid outside Ramp now map to the GL account you choose instead of always posting to the system bank account.
- Direct expense billable fields: Direct expense line items now expose billable fields (billable customer, project, and markup percentage) on the public API, so an expense marked billable in DualEntry stays billable when created or updated through the API.
- Delta billing for one-time obligations: Contract change orders that touch a one-time performance obligation now bill only the delta against the original amount, instead of rebilling the full obligation.
- ADP Workforce Now payroll integration: You can now connect ADP Workforce Now to sync payroll data and generate payroll journal entries automatically.
- Addepar integration: Addepar is now available in the integrations list, letting you connect with an API key pair to read portfolio data.
- Accounting Intelligence custom reports: Accounting Intelligence can now read and answer questions about your saved custom reports, using the same query, layout, and company scope you saved them with.
Fixes
- Invoice group drag and drop: Dragging performance obligations into invoice groups during contract creation works again after it stopped responding in the revenue recognition drawer.
- Menu and dropdown positioning: Combobox and drawer menus, including the three-dot menu on Bank Match Rules, no longer render behind drawer content and open correctly.
- EBITDA Income Statement links: Account names and amounts on the EBITDA Income Statement no longer link to a details page that doesn’t exist for this report.
- Sticky list headers: Page headers on anomaly detection alert lists and the Inbox now stay pinned in view when you scroll a wide table sideways, instead of scrolling out of sight with the table.
- Bank Match credit account label: The credit account summary on Bank Match now shows the correct label.
- Bill approval preview validation: Previewing a bill approval with an invalid amount now returns a clear validation error instead of failing unexpectedly. Incomplete or empty amounts still preview normally.
- Payroll journal entry stability: Gusto and ADP payroll journal entries synced through Finch no longer get rewritten every day, so manual corrections you make to a payroll journal entry are preserved.
- Accounting Intelligence record detail size: Accounting Intelligence now caps the number of GL entry and item lines it loads for a single record and tells you when a record’s lines are truncated, instead of loading every line on very large transactions.
- Integrations marketplace cleanup: Removed Plaid from the integrations marketplace, since your bank data already connects to DualEntry through Bank Connections.
