Features
- PayPal bank feed: Connect PayPal to bring in account balances and transactions for standard bank matching. Fees are netted into the feed amount, and refunds import as separate movements so matched transactions stay untouched.
- Moss accounting integration: Import approved Moss expenses, including card purchases, refunds, invoices, reimbursements, and bank transfers, directly into your books with source IDs, currencies, VAT, and classifications preserved.
- Sheets workbooks with autosave: Create, duplicate, search, and update Sheets workbooks, with autosave that protects against overwriting newer changes to the same workbook.
- Workflow rule counts: Workflow rule cards now show active and inactive rule counts by record type.
- Audit trail for tax rates: Changes to VAT and GST tax rates now appear in the audit trail.
- Entity lookup by code: Accounting Intelligence now resolves and displays customers and vendors by their code instead of an internal ID when your organization uses code-based identifiers.
- EBITDA category on summary reports: Summary reports now carry the EBITDA category tag on each row, so the EBITDA chip displays correctly instead of appearing blank.
- HubSpot invoice sync: DualEntry now creates and updates HubSpot invoices to match invoices created in DualEntry, keeping numbers, dates, currency, and links to deals and companies in sync.
- Stripe zero amount invoices: The Stripe integration now imports invoices with a $0 amount instead of skipping them.
- Bank transfer gain/loss control: You can now suppress the realized gain/loss calculation on bank transfers between your own accounts when the bank-executed rate differs from the system exchange rate.
Fixes
- Item Receipts list amount: The Item Receipts list view now shows the correct total amount instead of $0.00 for receipts with a nonzero total.
- Invoice list filter error: Filtering invoices by customer prepayment application ID no longer returns a server error.
- Faster invoice, bill, and journal entry lists: List requests for invoices, bills, and journal entries in the API return significantly faster.
- Flux analysis quarter over quarter: Quarter over quarter comparisons in flux analysis now use the full fiscal quarter for the current period instead of a single month.
- Custom reports cross statement rows: Custom reports that pull an account from a different statement, such as an income statement account in a balance-sheet-based report, now show the correct amount instead of $0.00.
- QuickBooks Desktop migrations: Migrations from QuickBooks Desktop now correctly bring in paychecks, liability payments, and bank transactions on purchases and deposits.
