DualEntry connects to the systems your business already runs on so transactions, balances, and master data flow into the general ledger automatically. This section is the catalog of prebuilt connectors, grouped by what they connect to, plus the path to building your own. Open the category that matches the system you’re connecting; each category page lists its connectors with a one-line summary, and each connector page covers setup, what gets synced, and the operational details (mapping, error handling, limits) you need to run it day to day. For the sync actions you use across every connector, see Retry, resync, and archive.

Categories

The categories below group every prebuilt connector by the kind of system it connects.
  • Banking and Payments: certified bank feeds and payment-gateway settlements, including Banking Connections and PayWay.
  • Spend and Accounts Payable: corporate card, expense, and AP automation platforms such as Bill.com, Brex, and Ramp.
  • Revenue and Accounts Receivable: payment-processor and subscription-billing platforms, including Stripe and Chargebee.
  • Payroll and HR: payroll providers that post each pay run as a consolidated journal entry, such as ADP, Gusto, and Rippling.
  • Tax: sales tax calculation, nexus monitoring, and 1099 filing, including Avalara and Tax1099.
  • CRM: Salesforce and HubSpot, turning closed-won deals into DualEntry contracts. HubSpot also writes invoice and payment status back to the deal.
  • Data and Analytics: exporting DualEntry’s accounting data into PostgreSQL or Snowflake for BI.
  • Automation and Developer Tools: bulk import, webhooks, and Zapier, for moving data without a dedicated connector.
  • Storage Solutions: self-storage facility platforms such as Cubby Storage and SiteLink.

Build your own

If a system you depend on isn’t in this catalog, you can build a custom integration on the DualEntry API. The canonical guide lives in the Developers section.
