DualEntry Integrations
DualEntry connects to the systems your business already runs on so transactions, balances, and master data flow into the general ledger automatically. This section is the catalog of prebuilt connectors, plus the path to building your own. Pick the page that matches the system you’re connecting; each page covers setup, what gets synced, and the operational details (mapping, error handling, limits) you need to run it day to day.Revenue and CRM
- Stripe - charges, refunds, fees, and payouts, posted as journal entries with the Stripe balance reconciled.
- Salesforce - opportunities and contracts feed revenue recognition; customer master data stays in sync.
- HubSpot - closed-won deals become draft contracts; optional invoice import feeds AR.
- Chargebee - Chargebee RevRec Premium posts revenue recognition journal entries directly into the DualEntry general ledger on period close.
Accounts payable and spend
- Bill.com - vendors, bills, payments, credits, and funding accounts, with chart-of-account alignment.
- Brex - card transactions and reimbursements posted with vendor and category mapping.
