Quantity and unit price on a performance obligation are the units and price for one invoice period, not the whole term. DualEntry multiplies those values by the obligation’s generated invoice dates to set total contract value, then uses the same quantity on each invoice line and revenue schedule line. On a flat-rate obligation you can enter that total directly, or enter quantity and unit price and let DualEntry show the term total as you type. Return to Revenue Recognition for the full section.
