Features
- Tax rate name in VAT return detail: The VAT Return Detail report now includes a Tax Rate Name column, so rates that share the same type and percentage (for example, Plain Standard 21% vs. Non-Deductible UK 21%) stay distinguishable.
- Fixed asset management tools: New tools let you update, delete, schedule, and book fixed assets directly.
- More accurate report filter suggestions: Accounting Intelligence now suggests filters based on what each report actually supports. Aging reports no longer offer an account filter, and AR/AP aging reports correctly offer customer or vendor filters.
- Currency-accurate flux answers: Accounting Intelligence’s flux and variance answers now use your company’s actual currency symbol instead of always defaulting to dollar signs.
- Scheduled agents are private to their owner: Scheduled Accounting Intelligence agents you create are now visible and editable only by you. Other users, including admins, can no longer view, pause, edit, or delete another user’s scheduled agent.
- Google Sheets connector for reports: A new Google Sheets add-on lets you refresh built-in DualEntry reports directly into a spreadsheet, preserving historical periods and forecast references when you insert rows or columns.
- Sheets workbooks with autosave: Reports now includes a Sheets section where you can create, duplicate, search, and open spreadsheet workbooks that autosave your edits a few seconds after you stop typing.
- Active approval policy counts: Approval policy landing cards now show how many policies are currently active for each workflow.
- Custom fields on API-created direct expenses: Direct expenses created through the API now show their custom fields when you open them for editing.
- Realized gain/loss on bank transfers: The bank transfer form now includes a toggle to calculate realized gain or loss when the transfer currency differs from your company’s base currency.
- Audit trail for item records: Item records now keep an audit trail of changes.
- Audit trail for GST/VAT drawers: The GST and VAT detail drawers now keep an audit trail of changes.
- GST/VAT rate next to pricing on contracts: Contract line items now show the GST/VAT rate next to pricing instead of in a separate section.
- Bank match rule party selection: Bank match rules can now select a specific customer or vendor as a match condition.
- Distinct GL accounts for Ramp manual payments: Ramp transactions paid outside Ramp now map to distinct GL accounts you choose, instead of always posting to the system bank account.
- Tax rate name in tax tooltip: Bill line tax tooltips now show the Tax Rate Name when one is set, so you can distinguish rates that share the same type and percentage.
- Accounting Intelligence answers bank match questions with a flowchart: When Accounting Intelligence proposes a bank match rule, it now renders the rule as a flowchart card, matching the bank match rule editor. The flowchart stays visible after you approve or reject it.
- Accounting Intelligence can use MCP tools: Accounting Intelligence can now load and use MCP tools when answering questions.
- Keyboard shortcuts for more money-in and money-out forms: Cash sales, customer credits, customer prepayments, prepayment applications, customer deposits, and customer refunds now support the same keyboard shortcuts as other transaction forms.
- Multiple Stripe accounts per company: A company can now connect more than one Stripe account, and you can override the integration name for each additional connection.
Fixes
- Approval policy changes no longer revive archived entries: Changing an approval policy no longer recovers or posts previously archived transactions.
- Revenue recognition rollforward totals corrected: Beginning Deferred and Ending Deferred totals on the revenue recognition rollforward now use the first month’s opening balance and the last month’s closing balance. Previously, they incorrectly summed balances across months.
- Consolidated balance sheet detail currency conversion: Consolidated Balance Sheet Detail no longer shows running balances in native currency for multi-currency companies; balances are now correctly converted before rolling up.
- Restored invoice line item lookups: The endpoint for retrieving an invoice’s line items is working again after being unreachable, along with the equivalent endpoint for 20 other line-bearing records.
- Balance subtotal on Balance Sheet Detail grouping rows: Collapsed group rows and grand totals on the Balance Sheet Detail report now show a Balance subtotal instead of leaving it blank.
- Saved report date presets recompute after a period lock: A custom report saved with a period lock date preset now recalculates its date range against the current lock status when you reopen it. It no longer keeps the dates from when it was saved.
- EBITDA Category limited to relevant account types: The EBITDA Category field is now only available on cost of goods sold, expense, and other expense accounts, matching the account types the EBITDA report actually adds back.
- Report export no longer leaves the header clickable: Exporting a report now dims the breadcrumb, title, tabs, and filter bar along with the report table, so you can’t click into them while the export runs.
- EBITDA report grid settles at the bottom: The EBITDA profit and loss view no longer jumps back up two rows short when you scroll to the bottom.
- New owner drawer clears a stale name error: Selecting a company in the New Owner drawer no longer leaves a “Name is required” error under the Name field after it’s been filled in.
- Terms list filters refresh results: Applying or clearing filters on the terms list now refetches the list instead of showing stale results.
- Browser tab icon restored: Browser tabs now show the DualEntry icon again.
- Classification save button no longer flickers: The classification save button no longer briefly relabels itself mid-save.
- Fixed asset MCP tools restored: Fixed asset update, delete, and schedule tools, along with depreciation book tools, are reachable again when Accounting Intelligence uses them.
- API v2 list endpoints restored: Frozen v2 API list endpoints once again return inline list items. Only the v2.0.0 API keeps the leaner list format.
